Andorran cuisine encompasses a wide variety of regional and traditional cuisines native to the Pyrenees and its sourrounding countries.
France and Catalunya in particular have played an enormous role in influencing Andorran dishes. However, traditional mountain recipes are still being used, especially in the old alpine homes called “bordes”.
